The Central Minnesota Council on Aging (CMCOA) is a non-profit organization to help older adults age successfully by building community capacity, advocating for aging issues, maximizing service effectiveness, and linking people with information.

Senior LinkAge Line is a free information and assistance service. This service makes it easy for older adults and their families to learn about community services and housing options.  With a single call, older adults and their caregivers can find services near them, and receive assistance to determine which options best meet their needs.

The Ombudsman is an independent governmental official who receives complaints against government (and government regulated) agencies and/or its officials, who investigates, and who if the complaints are justified, takes action to remedy the complaints.
