Don Shelby, former TV Anchor at WCCO in Minneapolis gave his reenactment of America’s best humorist and novelist, Mark Twain, which he has been doing for over 25 years. He is also considered the most honored and decorated local TV journalist in the country.

At our first mini talk this year, Miranda Foy, R.N. of Cuyuna Regional Medical Center shared the importance of an annual wellness visit as we age.

The second mini talk for 2023 was given by Dr. Paul Rud of Essentia Health on the Benefits of Exercise. He gave invaluable insight into why exercise is important for physical and mental health.

The final mini talk for 2023 was presented by Kathy Krueger, resource specialist, from Minnesota Senior LinkAge Line, an organization that offers free services for older adults and caregivers. Kathy shared the great resources that can be utilized during each step of aging.

Paul Douglas, TV Meteorologist and business owner was the keynote speaker at the 2021 Expo. His presentation was titled "Life is Like the Weather", touching on meteorology, how his life and career have focused on weather and business, and what he has learned along the way.
