Do you provide primary care for a family member who is older or has an identified need or chronic condition? If so, this support group is for you! Safe space to discuss experiences. Build a supportive network by connecting with other family caregivers. Receive information, training, tools and resources, and learn self-care tips.

Offering family caregivers a break. Our Community Care Group Respite provides safety, security and socialization for older adults, aged 60 years and older, while their caregiver takes a break. Group respite provides caregivers peace of mind, knowing your loved one is in a safe, and enjoyable environment. An opportunity to shop, take care of personal needs, or run errands. Time to rest from the full-time job of caring for a loved one. Social time for the care receiver.

We offer affordable fees designed to fit your budget and are committed to serving all caregivers regardless of their ability to pay.
