DURING THE PANDEMIC

WALK WITH US!

We meet at Crafts and Cones parking lot in Crosslake. We have a couple of routes and we walk according to our abilities for approximately 45 minutes every day starting at 11:00 a.m.(except for weekends). This is open to everyone and  we work on distancing and wearing gloves and masks (optional).  Please call Donna Keiffer, Senior Fitness Instructor at ( 218) 821-1158 if you are interested.

A MATTER OF BALANCE

A Matter of Balance is an award-winning 8-week structured group intervention that emphasizes practical strategies to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels. these are free classes are held for 8 weeks for 2 hours each.

The next program will take place at Crosslake Lutheran Church, 35960 Co.Road 66, Crosslake, MN on Tuesday afternoons from 2:00 - 4:00 beginning on March 31, 2020 through May 19, 2020.   Click here to find a class in your area.
