Time to mark your calendars for this year's Senior Days & Expo! We will be hosting the 6th Annual Senior Expo on Saturday, April 26 2025 at The Log Church in Crosslake and Senior Days will begin on Thursday, April 24 and run through Saturday, April 26 with events all around Crosslake. New this year will be Senior Bingo held at the American Legion and Senior Trivia Night held at Moonlite Bay Restaurant! Other events from previous Senior Days will be happening again, with the ever-popular Senior Prom on Saturday, April 26 held this year at Whitefish Lodge and Suites. The theme is "Viva Las Vegas"! Stay tuned for all details of the fun weekend especially designed for our Crosslake Area Seniors!
We are also excited to announce that Belinda Jensen, Chief Meteorologist of KARE 11 will be our Keynote Speaker at the Senior Expo on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Belinda joined KARE 11 in 1993 and was promoted to Chief Meteorologist in December of 2005. She is also co-host of “KARE 11 News Saturday,” co-host of “Grow with KARE” and the feature reporter for “Minnesota Bound.” Belinda will talk about her personal journey from growing up in the sticks to doing the weather in the KARE 11 backyard for over 30 years, becoming Bel the Weather Girl.

2025 SENIOR PROM - VIVA LAS VEGAS!
Join us for the ever popular Senior Prom on Saturday, April 26 2025 to be held this year at Whitefish Lodge & Suites (please note new location this year!) in Crosslake. Come dance the night away to our favorite era music. Reservations can be made by calling Whitefish Lodge at (218) 692-2246 or stopping at the front desk. Credit card and meal selections are required when making reservation, the cost will be $39 per person.
A charcuterie table will be included during the social hour which runs from 5:30 - 6:30. Dinner includes a simple greens salad. The Entrée choices are either Chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables; Braised Beef Tips in a mushroom red wine sauce over garlic mashed potatoes with mixed vegetables; or Ricotta Stuffed Shells with rose’ sauce and each choice includes dessert! There will be dancing until 10:00 PM.

NEW this year is Senior Bingo night at the Crosslake American Legion on Thursday, April 24 from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Packets of cards will be sold starting at 3:30 PM for $13, and games start at 4:00 PM. Bring your friends and competitive spirit for a full house of fun! It's also pizza night at the Legion, so stay for dinner! (American Legion Licesnse #00997).

Rain or shine we walk! Join us for an energizing Senior 3K Walk around Crosslake starting at The Log Church on Saturday, April 26 at 7:30 AM, then we walk for about 45 mintues. T-Shirts and water will be provided and we will have a Police Escort. A golf cart will accompany us also.

We will be hosting a fun Senior Pickleball event at the Crosslake Community Center outdoor courts at 1:30 PM on Saturday, April 26, weather permitting. (Crosslake Community School will be the alternative if inclement weather). Learn the game, and play a few short "get to know you" games. Venue will be announced at the Expo.
